How do I book a stay?
Pick your dates and guests on the listing, check the price breakdown and pay by card. Instant-book stays are confirmed right away; for request stays the host has a short window to accept, and you are only charged if they do.
What does the price include?
Nightly rates (including seasonal and weekend prices), the cleaning fee, any extras you choose and the service fee. You see the total before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Every listing shows its cancellation policy: flexible, moderate, strict or non-refundable. Cancel from My trips and the refund is calculated for you.
Something went wrong with my stay. What now?
Message your host first. If it is not resolved, open a claim from your trip. Our team reviews every claim and can refund you in full or in part.
What are partner offers?
Some results are hotel offers from our travel partner. They are clearly marked, open on the partner's site and are booked and paid there.
How do I list my property?

Can I sync my Airbnb or Vrbo calendar?
Yes. Paste their iCal links into your listing and booked dates are blocked every hour. Your own calendar link can be added to those sites too.
When are hosts paid?
After the guest checks in, minus the commission of your plan. Every scheduled and paid payout is listed under Earnings.
